Need For Speed: Shift to get free DLC

The DLC will include a number of new cars and a new multiplayer racing mode, and the best part? EA won’t be charging for the DLC at all – it will be a free download for owners of the game.
The specifics of the extra cars include the following:
- 1967 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray 427
- 1967 Shelby GT-500
- 1969 Dodge Charger R/T
- 1971 Dodge Challenger R/T
- 1998 Toyota Supra Mark IV
The new multiplayer mode will be a team based mode, but further details aren’t available for the moment. But one detail that is available right now is the release date – the 3rd of December – just in time for Christmas! At this stage the DLC will only be coming out on the PS3 and Xbox 360 platforms on the 3rd, with no details currently available for when (or if?) the PC platform will receive it.
