Battlefield 3 Beta on 3FL

When a gaming website mentions “big things coming” you probably expect a few game reviews or maybe a competition where you can win a nice hat and/or shirt. That’s not how 3FL does it. When we say big things, we mean hugely awesome and thoroughly amazing things that make you say “Wow, 3FL is so awesome I want to punch other people if they don’t know about 3FL.”

On an unrelated topic, don’t punch anyone on our behalf because we’ll get in trouble.

Legal issues aside, we’d like to announce that 3FL will be hosting Battlefield 3 servers during both the upcoming beta and the retail launch of BF3 for all your low latency and unmetered quota adventures. We plan to have a whole pile of servers up and ready to go when the beta kicks off on the 27th of September, so lock and load people because it’s going to be epic.

There’s even whisperings of a competition to give away keys for early access to the beta, so stay tuned to 3FL for more info on the possibility of free stuff because everyone likes free stuff, right?

When: The Open Beta starts September 29th on Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and PC. Those that have already pre-ordered the PC digital download version of Battlefield 3 through Origin or own the limited/Tier 1 edition of Medal of Honor for Xbox 360, Playstation 3 or PC, will have early access starting on September 27th. The Open Beta ends on October 10th.
