Scott Rose - Wednesday, March 30, 2011

According to the official Team Fortress 2 Blog, gamers have raised a total of $300,000 for the Japan Relief Aid from in-game purchases.

Anytime someone gives you guff about something negative in gaming, you go ahead and point them to this post, because here’s some late-breaking damn news: they are wrong and gamers are generous and awesome.”
If you want to grab a new item in-game, and at the same time donate towards the TF2 Japan Relief Aid, the following items are still available in the Mann Co. Store:
- Humanitarian’s Hachimaki – $7.99 USD
- Benefactor’s Kanmuri – $19.99 USD
- Magnanimous Monarch – $99.99 USD
