As a gaming community, we encourage you to first post your support question in our Support Forum this allows the possibility of it getting a quicker answer from the wider public as opposed to just the Admin team who may not always be available or online. Help FAQ

The best and most recommended method of seeking support, is to visit the 3FL Forums. There is a search function available which can allow you to search previously posted threads from other members in regards to your issue/topic. Here are some commonly asked questions and answers which maybe able to help you or at least point you in the right direction.

Q: I'm having problems with my connection, my ping/latency is spiking, how can I fix this?
A: Make sure that you turn off all applications that may be using your bandwidth (Bit Torrent or P2P programs). If you have multiple users sharing your Internet connection - you may want to ensure they aren't doing anything that may require too much bandwidth such as P2P/Bit Torrent programs etc. Another thing you can try is to turn off all of your equipment then turn it back on again. If you are still experiencing problems relating to your connection, it maybe best to speak to your respective ISP.

Q: There's some one on a 3FL Game server that is cheating! What can be done?

Q: I've been banned from a 3FL server and I would like to question it.

Q: What if I don’t wish to post my question in the forum?
A: We strongly encourage members to ask first on the forum as you are likely to receive a quicker response from fellow-users than from Admins. However, if you find the forums of no use, you may contact 3FL by emailing them on support@3fl.net.au.
