Updating Ubuntu from 3FL
To configure Ubuntu to use 3FL's Ubuntu section for updates, you will need to modify your /etc/apt/sources.list file. The repositories in your sources.list may vary from others, but as a general rule you can use.

As a repository. For example, a sources.list on Edgy might contain
deb http://mirror.3fl.net.au/ubuntu/ edgy main universe multiverse
Currently 3FL does not provide Ubuntu as an official mirror.
